But when audience polls prompt viewers to guess the identity of the murderer, the detective, his fellow investigators, and his several suspects all get their fifteen minutes of fame. As an ambitious television producer presses Detective Choi to solve the case on a deadline or risk withering ratings, the media circus becomes a three-ring farce complete with interviews, ballet dances, and even a live exorcism.
