10 to Midnight (100%)

Plot: This thoroughly unpleasant 1986 thriller stars Charles Bronson as a cop systematically framed for one murder after another. The killings, though, turn out to be the work of a female nutcase (Carrie Sn...( read more read more... )odgress) he had once sent away to prison. Everyone involved in this leans on the atrocity-and-revenge formula, particularly Bronson and director J. Lee Thompson (The Guns of Navarone), two Hollywood guys who once upon a time made plenty of classic films. Snodgress's performance is unhinged, interesting but hard to watch, as we never really got to know her onscreen after Diary of a Mad Housewife. Just think of this movie as having come from the same creepy planet as the Death Wish series. --Tom Keogh

    Remember Jack Murphy's Law - Don't fuck w/ Jack Murphy. Bronson is a miserable drunken son of a bitch in this one.

    Charles Bronson does his, well, ?Charles Bronson thing?, while Kathleen Wilhotte shots off bad cheesy lame 80s style insults, and everything else is just clearly 80s?not a classic sorry.

    Quality Bronson, less serious than most. Bronson throws out some pretty solid dialogue. Plenty highlights.

    Bronson has to take out the trash, but this time it's female trash out to destroy his life. This nutbar (you have to be crazy to mess with Bronson) frames Chuck for some murders and he has to break out of jail with an unfunny, yet hillarious, female punk in tow. For some reason Bronson takes a shine to her, and finally confronts the psycho chick. I can't go on, I don't want to spoil who wins for those who haven't watched it, but I'll give you a hint. Bronson kicks ass!

    Charles Bronson's a cop who is being framed by a psycho he once put away. Much shooting and shouting.
