The Legend of the Shadowless Sword isn't as mesmerizing or as ambitious as Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon or Hero, but it doesn't attempt to be. It's a much more workman-like martial arts movie.

I'm a huge fan of this kind of movie, so I enjoyed this Korean entry into the genre. Some of the martial arts were done very well and while the story was interesting it was nothing memorable.

Not fair to be too harsh when I did not see the whole movie. You should really never fly with a sword in your hand.
