Ahhh! I watched this again the other day after absolutely ages without seeing it. it's really a great movie about how a girl finalyl grows up but it isn't some soppy teenage thing. it's a grown woman finally letting go and getting on with her life. so many people in the world live such a sheltered life like her and she really brings optism to those im sure. get out there and have a big fat greek wedding!
In deference to Lainie Kazan, whom I've loved in every thing I scene her in, I just couldn't get into this film. Can't tell you why. It just didn't work for me.
great movie, guys can take a hint from this guy, if you love her that much then do whatever you can to make her happy and to be with her the rest of your life
This movie really surprised me, as it did everyone else... Its really good >_>.... A VERY good romance movie with all the charm and love that should be in a movie, but also VERY funny.. I STRONGLY recommend this for all you guys out there to see this with your girlfriends... you'll like it and so will she.
One of my favorite low-budget movie with made it a hit... Corbettt was such a cool guy in the movie.... Every young brides and groom need to see this before their wedding days.
wow i have not seen this movie in ages but this is a good romance/comedy movie..this has got a stellar cast throughout the movie...this is a good movie 2 watch because its really funny throughout the movie...i think that john corbett is great as the man who wins the heart of nia vardalos in this romance movie
Very entertaining movie... it was hilarious and refreshing... favorite quote from movie- "You don't eat meat? That's ok, I make lamb." ha ha it gets me every time :P
Only for you ladies who are all for keeping your man's balls in your purse (or in a cupboard at your folks' house). If that's not you (it's definitely not me) then skip it.
My Big Fat Greek Wedding was very funny. I love Lainie Kazan she is a wonderful actress. I love the whole cast they were wonderful in this movie. I watched this movie about 6 times I loved it so much.

I loved this film because I come from a big family, and sometimes just like this movie, they can be nosy and embarrassing, but you always want them to approve your decisions while still hoping to be happy.
