(2006 Director Ivan Reitman) Uma Thurman is marvelous in this one! Great supporting cast... funy funny! If you saw the previews then you know Uma has superhuman powers. Yes definitely"campy"....for the sci fi, satire lovers!! Predictable sexual humor...Luke Wilson's character is not UP for the task of a girl friend, much less a super hero girlfriend!!

I really didn't like this movie. Whilst it had the occasional chuckle, it really wasn't worth the money to go and see. The acting was semi-decent, but the plot was thin and dull.

these reviews are merely guidelines as to whether you might want to go see the film in question . we must all keep in mind that we are all unique and entitled to our own opinions.however , its better to check out a review than go into a movie blind, relying on trailers that only show what a test audience thinks are the coolest parts of the film( i e the grudge)

my super ex was dreadful , i really was expecting something funnier from ivan reitman . luke wilson was quite wooden in his performance . uma thurman was sorta funny and i feel with a better script she could have done a better job with the character of g-girl. the supporting cast is largely forgettable and over the top

The question is why is there even a site that tells u what movies to watch? if u think it's awesome from the preview just go and watch it..i't not like it's $100.
I didn't see it yet..but i will watch it no matter what the rating, ohh and yeah... i clicked "want to see it" or whatever button.

lol ya'll are a little too upset about this. I agree that it is annoying, but not worth getting angry over. No biggy. Just a web site. Get angry over something legit and something that can do something important. Don't waste it.

I agree completely! The whole point of Flixster is to "stop watching bad movies." How can we trust the ratings on here, if they aren't even honest opinions. And yes the 12 year old thing wears thn after a while. Too many damn kids who have no idea wehat they're talking about.
