In school days, we often come through essays like "What if you become ... for a day???" This is a movie based on similar subject: What if you become a CHIEF MINISTER for a day???" It transcends those essayist feelings on screen effectively.
Dynamic Performance of Anil Kapoor. Paresh Rawal is a good supporting actor in this one. Story was good. But wouldnt be good at boxoffice due to politian scam materialized story.
Perhaps the film I have seen the most times, I now coming to think about it , I really shouldn't have!
i do like the movie, call me weird or what.. but its really nice to watch once in a while :)
