New Fist is so heavy on plot and content that it will make your head explode. It also relies heavily on understanding what happened in the old Fist series. Other than those two observations that might push away the average anime fan, New Fist is a great series.

May 16, 2007Kenshiro is back! with a new voice, upgraded style, and same stone cold ass kicking attitude. This 3 part installment based on events after the conclusive series, features more martial arts and head splattring action than ever before. The production level is top quality and the story shouldn't dissapoint.Introducing new characters and villians worthy of a challenge from the man know simply as Fist of the North Star. With added 3d graphics to display large scale settings ,and refinement in every detail one has to wonder if this franchise has reached its full poetential. Although japaneese in origin, the film should be enough to turn viewers from all over the globe into enthusists. This is the equivilent of Superman to japaneese animation. If you practice martial arts or freestyle fighting, you will want to witness what can only be described as the power of "a true fist"
