    Buen 'remake' del clasico del 68. Sigue casi puntualmente la trama de la original, mas habria que comentar estas diferencias intencionales:
    1) El sorpresivo primer zombie parodia el poco maquillaje del de la version original. Uno piensa que es el viejito que se lamenta pero no. (Aun con poco maquillaje, la actuacion del zombie en la version original es memorable.)
    2.La actriz protagonica es menos pasiva que la de la version original.
    3.El final cambia, uno espera el final del clasico, pero tambén este es bueno y el personaje de Cooper recibe mejor su merecido.
    Buena, pero curiosamente no tiene tanto 'gore' como la primera.

    A pretty good movie on its own, but not a good remake (but then again nothing will stand up to the original).

    The remake has more girl-power and survivors, but the character interactions are very similar to the original. The gore stands out more in color, but at least the zombies aren't running at them.

    A really good remake and it follows the original movie almost shot for shot. This is a creepy one and the kind of horror flick that has gone the way of the dodo as the torture porn has taken over the industry.

    Would have been a decent remake of the original if they had not changed the story, especially the ending. Otherwise pretty good.
