During the abduction, the crook and his gang ruthlessly massacre a dozen innocent bystanders. Unfortunately for the crook, he doesn't realize that the glamorous hostess is a world kickboxing champion. The leader of the swat team (Robert Davi) -- and a martial-arts expert himself -- lies in waiting for the kidnapper downstairs from where the hostages are staying. ~ Sandra Brennan, Rovi

Disapointing Die Hard rip-off. Even forgiving the B-movie quality, there's nothing clever here. Dice is a good bad guy though. Tweed disappoints.

No Contest is proof positive that not only is it completely fine to blatantly rip off a movie, but the copycats need not even TRY to hide their plagiarism.
