A GREAT idea for a film! I have heard it is particularly against car alarms and the notion that they go off all the time so that people are immune to knowing when it is a false alarm or actually a car getting broken into. I live downtown and I know the feeling!

The plot synopsis above is 100% wrong. This movie has nothing to do with New York City, and it's not about a man taking vigilante action.
