Indeed, the North Shore frozen fish company is the town's primary source of income. Sal Matilla (Tony Danza) is the plant foreman. With the help of his lifelong girlfriend Florence (Mercedes Ruehl) and best buddy Porker (Peter Riegert), he does his best to keep the company profitable. Though Sal can be pretty overbearing at times, he considers his workers family.
