This Jin-ho Hur film seems contrived and a lot less compelling than "One Fine Spring Day." In fact, it isn't really compelling at all. The mood shots and the long takes don't work here. They're a little boring and manipulative.

If not of Bae Yong Joon, I would sleep in the movie all through out.. The pacing of the scenes are slow for me.

loved the end ..the acting was more than good but some spicy still missing to take the 5 stars ..the thing is i noticed that the Asians know very well how to cry good ..in that movie tears everywhere not in an exaggerated way in fact in a good way ..i wish i could cry as they do ...( read more)
