Passolini's excellent interpretation of Sophocles' legendary play that is possibly one of the most important pieces in art history.

Astounding. I don't understand why Pasolini dosen't get much credit. Beautiful cinematography, and amazing acting.

Probably one of the more interesting dream sequences I've seen. An interesting take on the Oedipus myth and its mystical reality with modern life. A tale of innocence and its beauty and yet its fragility. Wonderfully captured on film by Pasolini.

This was done artfully and in true Pasolini style. However I did like his Matthew film better.
