    all this did was make me despise greek theatre and be scared of masks... this movie was SO BORING that it could make paint fall asleep. that isnt even possible, but really. a dude marries his mom and kills his dad and the whole movie is him talking about it for a couple of hours....( read more) really really dumb.

    An amazing story of one of my favourite storries of all time. I was completely awed by this extravaganza, the dramatic tinge serving to indulge my senses, both visually and otherwise. The dramatic lighting was pure genius that worked in tangent with the sets and costumes. There w...( read more)as a scene in the movie that was number one in every aspect, very early on, a top shot, both the king and queen in picture, as are his aides-de-camp and we see how even though he is at the left hand side, he stands out, greatly enhancing his visage and literally pulling our attention towards him, in a manner that is startling and yet powerful. All was done was colour, costume, dialogue, lights and circumstance.
