canadian made horror flick starring peter (robocop)weller.. has nods to jaws with pov camera shots and some really good scares the only thing holding this film back is the acting -

Probably one of the best rat movies. If you've ever had a rat in your apartment you know how nerve-wracking it can be. The ending is really weak though.
