Tophat (George Burns), Satan's earthly representative, appears and offers Bobby a deal -- seven years of unprecentented fame and fortune in exchange for his soul. Bobby cynically accepts and discovers that the devil is true to his word, but he finds that the trappings of fame and wealth are empty pleasures, and he loses Wendy along the way. George Burns stars in both title roles, primarily the second one. As Satan, he tempts a young musician with stardom and luxury. Burns's timing is often impeccable and he can make silly lines such as his hotel room exit, "If you want anything I'm in 666,"

Another bad sequel from the 80s, this one is no where near as good as the first one. I'd say just see the first one and forget about this movie.
