Summary: After getting out of prison, Chance (Brian Presley) wants nothing other than to lead a law-abiding life. But living links to his criminal past -- including his still-imprisoned father, Liam (Ed Harris) -- conspire to pull Chance in the opposite direction. At the same time that he's trying to fashion a new place for himself in society, Chance must also absorb the recently acquired knowledge that he's the father of a 5-year-old boy.
My Thoughts: "One intense, dark, and gritty film. It gets right to it in the beginning and never lets up. Brian Presley (who I haven't seen in a film since I don't know when) and Ed Harris give great emotional performances. This film also has a solid supporting cast as well. It's a dark and honestly raw family story that I'm sure some of it's audience can relate to. I'm a fan of Indie films, and this has to one of my favorite Indie drama's I have seen this year. The film deserves better ratings then what it has received. See this, if only for the performances by Ed Harris and Brian Presley alone."
