Plot: An insurance investigator arrives at a creepy mansion to protect a millionaire who has had death threats made against him.
Another mildly entertaining murder-mystery that's made somewhat witty by the presence of a nervous insurance salesman as the protagonist. Charming, spooky, and clever.
I own this movie as a part of a '50 scary movie' pack, and amongst some of the crap to wade through in the set, I was happy to find this.
Although the movie isn't exactly amazing, it's a very cute chiller/comedy. I was drawn to it because the lead character, Albert Tuttle, is played by the fantastic Jack Haley. Also, Bela Lugosi moseys about as a creepy butler-ish guy. Real stretch for him, huh?
