I was really looking forward to this movie, but couldn't really get into it. I loved the whole Canadian thing, but since I'm a Maritimer I would have enjoyed it a whole lot more if Atlantic Canada had been included into the movie. I just found the movie to be too slow and boring ...( read more)

This theme have been used in many movies & this film is certainly not among the good ones, The narration sucks & the film left me with a "who cares?" feeling

Aside from the breathtaking scenic portraits of Canada from Ontario to BC, the film also has beautifully crafted moments of cinematic excellence that depict the human condition. The reality of Ben's feelings is vivid, and his interactions with the people around him are authentic....( read more)

This movie was interesting and really showed what life should be like in a "live in the moment" kind of way. Lots of us would not have been able to do what he had done and it is not only inspiring but eye opening on several levels.
