June 30, 2009It's a Best Picture so it was engaging and told very well. I can say that I enjoyed it a lot and Streep was phenomenal. Still--somehow there isn't anything that special about it. Very long.

March 20, 2009A lovely film which takes it's time to tell the story. Streep is excellent as always and so are the supporting cast. The director takes full advantage of the beautiful scenery of Africa, making you wish that you were there.
