This movie was really good until the endish, when it's all government conspiracy garbage. It was cooler just with a virus outbreak.

I work in healthcare and thought this movie was a little over the top. That being said it does make you wonder how our goverment would react if there were some sort of epidemic or pandemic?

good amount of suspense, sideplots are a bore, and the screenplay at times is absymal; catch the part where dustin hoffman says "they want their weapon" a billion times.
Critic Reviews
This is a picture good enough to make you want to go to the movies and frightening enough to make you wonder if you should avoid the crowds. full review

April 19, 2007I first saw this movie when I was 8, while over at my mother's friend's house, otherwise, I never would have seen it. But, aside from the language, it's a good, gripping flick, and it inspired a childhood dream to become a Microbiologist. I'm still going into healthcare, so that works.
Was anybody else freaked out by the monkey?
