An incredibly written script by Oscar winner Dustin Lance Black that's powerful and sweet. I don't remember ever watching a good MTV movie before.
Pedro gets off to an awkward star, t but once the story gets going and falls into place, it is moving and thought provoking. It is very sad as well, and it would be hard not to be moved by the story.
