Crooked real estate agent Collins (Ted Adams) is not averse to using strongarm methods to "persuade" the local ranchers to vacate the premises. When all else fails, hero Mitchell dons a domino mask and the new identity of "The Phantom Rancher", working outside the Law to protect the rights of his fellow ranchers and to bring Collins to justice.
