    Pretty much the birth of the ribald, politically incorrect sex comedy. Big success but doesn't really stand up all these years later.

    Reminded me of a mix between Grease and American Pie.

    An easy watching movie, but without anything too special going on. I?m sure the appeal of this film during the era of it?s release was directed toward the sexual nature and nudity, which of course in this age is no shock.

    It's pretty much a movie about a bunch of guys wanting to get laid. I would definitely say this is probably the best of all three movies.

    The highest grossing Canadian film of all time. Who would guess lowest common denominator was the way to go.

    Saucy teen comedy set in the 1950s with perhaps the most famous shower scene since Hitchcock's 'Psycho'.

    this is such a funny film if you ain't seen porkys you have 2 watch but watch it unless youve got porkys 2 to watch after it

    It ain't Shakespeare, but it wasn't meant to be. If you're looking for a goofy teen sex comedy, it's not bad. Another film that people hate in order to make themselves look smart.

    A crude comedy that is famous for it's skin but not as well known for the plot involving racial bigotry. Not for kids, this was the original American Pie.

    lol when my dad was like 12 his older bro was 17 and he took him 2 c this movie.....and it's filled w sex like thru the whole thing...scarred for life =P

    Irreverant Canadian Sex flick about boys trying to get with girls. It just holds a nostalgic place in my heart.

    Set in 1954, a group of Florida high schoolers seek out to lose their virginity which leads them to seek revenge on a sleazy nightclub owner and his redneck sheriff brother for harassing them.

    My first sexy, teen 80's flick. I didn't understand what was going on but I was intrigued. Love the girl bathroom scene!

    My brother had this movie when I was a kid. It's the american pie of it's day, but is pretty gross. I hate sex humor.

    Glad I finally saw this, but somewhat annoyed at what it hath wrought. Oh if only there were a director/producer/writer out there who could instill raunchy comedies with heart and multi-dimensional characters. What? There is? HOORAY!

    The late Bob Clark (Children Shouldn't Play With Dead Things, A Christmas Story) directed this hilarious teen comedy about Florida high school students. Far superior to American Pie

    One of the funniest movies you'll ever see. American Pie is pretty much an updated version of this movie. It was made in the early 80's, so there's not much to say for quality, but it definately makes up for it in everything else. If you're a fan or American Pie, you're sure to love this movie

    The movie hasn't really aged well. The only redeeming factor and what the movie eventually is about "camaraderie" is there and will be there forever. The scene with them peeping on the girls shower is one for the ages. The whole antisemitism subplot was kinda lame but hey, it was not made to be serious at all. It's definitely funny.

    Group of horny teens, play raunchy pranks on each other, and butt heads with a local brothel owner named "Porky". This may be the ultimate teen comedy. The shower scene is possibly the funniest thing I have ever seen.
