This movie probably had the worst advertising in the world. By the previews they made it sound like a thriller set in a foreign country. Funny how it's actually a horror movie with a giant killer crocodile. Funny, isn't it? The effects were good, but the rest wasn't.
Its not very good but dominic running around in a sweeat shirt is worth the 2 hours of your life lost.

This is another one of those killer creature movies, this one somewhat like "Lake Placid" but just a tad better. There's a decent amount of suspense and action plus a few gory moments!
Primeval was billed as a true story, serial killer movie. This could not be further from the truth. It is a movie about an alligator. A huge fucking alligator. A Lake Placid size alligator. Oh, but it is set in warlord ruled Africa, so it is twice as dangerous.

Not bad for a low budget film. They say its a true story, but I need to look more into it. Gore was good and made me jump a few times.
