I realy am suprised. I read the script of the movie of Prince of Persia: Sand of Time, and got involved. As a girl, cause Im a women/girl...Im in love of prehistory and acting things, and I love Egipt stories and Greece too. I think Prince of Percia will rock and make this game look as a masterpiece in theater. The cast is brilliant, and I realy cant wait. The director, Mike Newell, the one who direct Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, is the one giving this game a life on screen. Im not saying am part of the cast, or an extra, cause that is totaly false. I just manage to read the script on internet, by one who was on the cast and wanted to share his experience on set and oviously the script itself. I just watch the hole walktrough of the game of Sand of Times, and loved it! Im now seeing the other games trough now, cause I just cant wait for the movie and the rest of it too.. I hope Disney keep doing movies of good games, and even stories we can love and apresiate with our own eyes. XD
(To be releasted Summer 2010) REVIEWS...Sir Ben Kingsley and Alfred Molina co-star...New Bond Girl Proud of Her 'Little Oddity'

Bond girls have long been exceptional women. From Ursula Andress to Halle Berry, they have each embodied the feminine ideal of their particular time. Gemma Arterton, the statuesque stunner who plays Agent Fields in next month's Quantum of Solace, has proven herself to be exceptional not only for her English Rose beauty, but also because she was born with six fingers on each hand.
"It's my little oddity that I'm really proud of," she said to Esquire magazine. "It makes me different." Different indeed. The condition, called Polydactyly, occurs in 1 of every 500 births.
Don't bother looking for additional digits in the film, though. As a child, the surplus digits were "tied," which causes the boneless protrusions to fall off with time. She still bares bumpy scars where her extra appendages once were.
Earlier this year, she revealed that she was also born with a crumpled ear, which was surgically corrected in childhood. "I was born with lots of deformities," the 22-year-old actress told the British press.
Arterton, a graduate of London's Royal Academy of Dramatic Art who was best known for a BBC adaptation of Thomas Hardy's "Tess of the D'Urbervilles," beat out 1,500 contenders to become the latest Bond girl. She admitted to InStyle magazine that having to kiss Daniel Craig on her first day working on the film had her "giggling left, right, and center and being really immature."
Next up for Arterton is the movie adaptation of the videogame Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, starring Jake Gyllenhaal, coming the summer of 2010. To see more of the genetically unusual but undeniably extraordinary future star, watch the behind-the-scenes video from "Quantum of Solace"
there isn't a trailer out for this movie yet, but i recommend that you should watch this as soon as it comes out next year or so. If you were an xbox or ps2/3 player, you'd understand why this movie would be great. If not, i'll tell you why, this is a story of a prince from persia whose kingdom who invaded a mysterious kingdom in the middle of the desert. As part of their loot, they took with them a huge hourglass which contains a magical sand of time. The vissier of the conquered kingdom wanted to take control of the sands of time but the prince of persia, seeing that great harm would come to everyone if the sands fall to evil hands, teamed up with the princess of the conquered kingdom to return every grains of the sands of time to the hourglass and bring order back. They were successful in this feat but the princess forgot all about the prince of persia as if nothing happened at all. WOW! can't wait for the second movie WARRIOR WITHIN!~
This movie have better be really good because I am a big fan of the games and I do not want them to mess it up! So, do your best people making it ^_^ btw, Why an american actor? Why not the Persian one?!?
Based on the video game, which follows an adventurous prince who teams up with a rival princess to stop an angry ruler from unleashing a sandstorm that could destroy the world
Yeah,I admit,I'm a videogame fan,when it comes to worthwhile pieces,I won't refuse the challenge.That's where my hope lies,Newell and Gyllenhaal...perhaps...
i'm still iffy on Gyllenhaal starring here... i say they should have cast either Bloom or Barnes... Molina will be the balance in this film; great actor
Probably against my better judgment as I don't really like the crew involved and Gyllenhaal seems like a terrible choice but... Meh, Alfred Molina usually only does things that are good, and its Prince of Persia and I'm a sucker for that franchise... damn.
AWESOME MOVIE CAN'T WAIT TO SEE IT.....I WISH THAT THIS GUY WASN'T THE PRINCE IT CRAPS THINGS UP(cmon the day after tomorrow guy...A.K.A gay guy from brokeback mountain)...fuck! BUT IF IT FOLLOWS SANDS OF TIMEs STORY IT CAN B GOOD.... cmon please make this game-based movie EPIC!
Disney says the plan is to make a 'Pirate of the Caribbean'-esk trilogy. I'm excited, but cautiously optimistic. If they pull it off it will mark the first time anyone has successfully created a film based off the content of a game. In my opinion anways, well apart from Silent Hill. The Resident Evil movies were garbage and everything Ewe Boll has made isn't even worth the effort to bury or burn. For the most part I've been a big fan of the comic book translations so far and I'd like to see a legitimate stream of game based film in the future.
Is the problem my sight or it really is? Jake looks so buff , he's big and it's scare me a lot . Prince of Persia directed by the transformer's Michael Bay ? It should be directed by 300's director , i think it's going to be better . But , let's wait until the film is out . Hem , just wait....
I am so excited about this Movie. Cuz I had played the Video Game. I loved it. And I can hardly wait for the Movie hope it would be good as the Video game itself. Its one of the Exciting and full of adventure reloaded Video Games. The Game had sequels, but I m really glad they Film the very First Part of the Video Game. And will be released earlier then I thought. GREAT!!
the game was the best i ever played!!!!i'm not sure that i want jake gyllenhaal to play the prince.is it not a good idea to choose a persian actor for the role?well,i still wanna see it
I'm usually pretty hesitant about video game movies. The first "Tomb Raider" movie was the only one I found any enjoyment in viewing. But who knows? This might be the start of a new trend...
I truly hope they don't mess this up. I've loved Prince of Persia since the primordial times when it was just a little 2D game, and just fell in love all over again, when Sands of Time came out.
The prince just keeps getting changed and changed... just choose an actor for it already! Jesus...
Anyway, I can't wait to see it.
And just how can people keep rating it, if it hasn't even been made yet? =|
