One of the most famous films ever made. This is another contender for best performances by the entire cast along with The Godfather. John Travolta was awesome as Vincent Vega and so was Samuel L. Jackson as Jules Winnfield. Bruce Willis and Uma Thurman were very good in this masterpiece. This is Quentin Tarantinos best film. I cant believe the Best Supporting Actor Oscar in 1995 didnt go to Samuel L. Jackson. Well, he was the favourite to win it. As far as Best Picture is concerned, the favourites were this, Forrest Gump and The Shawshank Redemption. But when the ceremony went underway, it was going to be either Forrest Gump or this. But the award went to Forrest Gump in the end (Yes!), even though I still love this film. I knew John Travolta wasnt going to win Best Actor and I thought that Uma Thurman was going to win Best Supporting Actress. This is a really graphic film. Not as graphic as Kill Bill though. I love the phrase from the Bible which is Ezekiel 25:17 that Jules says when he is about to kill somebody particularly the scene in the café near the end of the film. I just love this film because it is like so original, the script is absolutely superb, the general way of the characters, and the quotes that they come up with like the Bible quote and the burger. This film will be a masterpiece for generations to come.

I don't really know what to say about this, so I'll just say it like Sammy Jackson.

This was fucking shit, mother fucker!

Call me stupid, but I personally didn't enjoy this overrated movie that much.
Yes it had a lot of brilliant actors, yes it had a very good dialogue with memorable quotes and yes it has a very good soundtrack, but that is not enough. I personally found the whole film very boring, except for a few select scenes. It tries to be clever by going back in time and revealing some of the scenes, but as far as I saw it had a weak plot.
So yeah, I really don't see what's with all the hype over this film. It's average at best.

10 years on from it's first video release PULP FICTION lives on as one of the most defining movie hits of the 1990's and has earned its place in many people's lists of favourite movies.

Although I saw the cut TV version (grr...)Pulp Fiction is the most innovative movie of the last 50 years easily - violent but not overblown or gratitous. Witty and funny but not condescending. And just, many times, incredible in it's presentation and scope.

Quentin Taratino reveals he is a bit confused about linear time in this bad guy caper, where John Travolta and Uma Thurman star. A slick and talky brood of characters mill about. Sam Jackson does his speech. Cool stuff happens with a nasty morbid twist. One of the nastiest head explosion scenes ever filmed occurs. Still for the clearly ADD way this sucker was edited, it doesn't get all the kudos. Note that it is not an uriginal story, as most of Tarantino's flicks aren't, but reather, a senup to a number of pulp crime stories. (Hence the title).

A high entertaining and enjoyable film.

A very crazed up plot to say first. Twists and turns throughout and at times it leaves you thinking "Huh?", but its the acting which makes the film stand out. Travolta and L Jackson, play their characters at best. A great cast - Uma Thurman, Bruce Willis, Ving Rhames and Christopher Walken.

I am not a fan and have not seen many of Quentin Tarantino films, but for one of the first few I've seen, I think he directed this well.

A great film with humourous lines from Sam L Jackson and the rest of the cast members. Nuff said.

PULP FICTION!

Quentin is a great writer and a great Director but I wish he would just tell a story from start to finish, oh well it's still a good film.

Once again another masterpeice from Quentin Tarantino. John Travolta and Samuel L. Jackson perform brilliantly in this film and make this a defiinate must see for Tarantino fans. Not as much blood as I had expected but I guess that's not too suprising as it is one of the more older films. But still an excellent plot and some quite funny parts as well. Highly reccomended for Tarantino fans.

The pinnacle of non-stop blathering bad guys. Imitated to death and still great. The only bad thing is Travolta's career was reborn.

I've said it before. I HATE Tarantino. The only reason it's not 1 star is that I like the Bruce Willis boxer storyline - but that's it.

Absolutely amazing. This movie has amazing dialouges, acting, and a plot that will blow your mind. Headed by an allstar cast, this movie takes you into a world not often seen. Tarantino truly had a masterpiece here. Its gritty and its dirty, and I love it.
