Underrated war movie with the gorgeous Ken Wahl, and for the guys- Cheryl Ladd. Hope they bring it to DVD soon.

January 31, 2008Alternately described as a "glossy Vietnam era soap opera" or "the finest depiction of Vietnam medics with a love story entwined" - you'll have to make up your own mind about this almost unknown gem. It should be described as a war movie with romance- not the other way around. The battle scenes have been compared to "Boys in Company C" and "Platoon".
Unfortunately only available on VHS, this needs to have an effort applied to release on DVD. Keep this film alive.
