It was the late 1800s when Rice Plate Reddy and his gang of meat-eating bandits first attempted to force their wicked ways on a town of peaceful South Indian vegetarians. But just as all hope seemed lost, heroic cowboy Quick Gun Murugan triumphantly appeared to flush the bad guys out. Unfortunately for Murugan, Reddy was just waiting for the perfect moment to strike, and guns the hero down at the last second. Flash forward to the 21st Century, where Murugan has been reincarnated by the gods and given a second chance at victory.
