A cool, sharp and very entertaining film. It's thrilling and exhilerating rollar-coaster that kicks into high gear. A fun, pleasnt, satisfying and utterly enjoyable joy-ride ride of a family movie. Dwayne Johnson is teriffic.

    I started watching Race to Witxh Mountain with the highest of expectations. Carla Gugino, The Rock, and Annasophia Robb are all among my favorite actors in Hollywood, and the premise of the movie seemed like it would provide lots of opportunities for cool action sequences and hum...( read more)or. I'm not going to go so far as to say that the movie was a disappointment, but it really didn't live up to its potential.

    The biggest surprise to me was that they didn't go crazy with the special effects. In a movie about aliens from Disney, I really expected to see some awesome stuff. Apart from a few sequences, it's all rather tame.

    The cast does a pretty good job, but the humor that I was expecting also never really got going. There are a couple attempts at laughs, but they were only worthy of a few chuckles, at best. Overall, the plot was very predictable, with little imagination.

    I still liked Race to Witch Mountain, but it could have been excellent instead of merely ok. It's a good action/family movie to watch with slightly older kids, but they probably won't be extremely impressed by it.

    Race to Witch Mountain starring Dwayne Johnson is a good remake from Disney. It is a good family friendly film with some good scenes. A lot of it is unbelievable and a bit much but cute non the less.

    Was fun and the kids enjoyed it. I think i expected more considering the cast. The kids in this are both going to be good actors at the rate they are going and well it had the Rock.

    This movie is a great family movie! Its fast, quick, and smart. It has some great actors in it - Alexander Ludwig is cute =] Good movie.

    this is a disappointing movie for disney, i think. Cheap effects, seriously, you could 100% see what was done on blue screen and wow, it was so sloppily did.... real disappointment.

    the storyline is also pretty weak. the acting too.
