Great concept by Clive Barker - but the effect is killed by the ultra-low budget, which meant hiring low-rent acting talent and bad sets. A must-see for Barker fans, others will probably find it weak and tiresome.

If this movie had more than a "Blair Witch" budget, it could've been a great adaptation of Clive Barker's story from "Books of Blood".

Rawhead Rex looked awesome (sorta silly), but he was the only part worth watching. There was some good gore, but a lot of it was boring.
