Quinn blames Fleming for the accidental swimming death of his nephew (Norman Reedus) four years previous. While the inept cops aren't looking, Fleming steals the key to his cell and exits, creating more town problems -- and then he returns. It's all a gambit on his part to gain forgiveness from Quinn and also to get his ex-girlfriend Lise (Brooke Langton) to bail him out, in hopes of attracting her attention. ~ Bhob Stewart, Rovi
