Heart-wrenching superb performances by Sandler and Cheadle with just enough humor to ease the heaviness of the story-line.

Perfectly unbalanced between comedy and drama. Like a sample of real life. Touching story. Not so much about losing one's family, how about friendship. Wonderful.
