Lives up to its title, at least. Good performances.

Judd nelson plays the son of a cop and a serial killer haunting the streets and killing people with his same name.

Its up to leo rossi and robert loggia to stop the murderer and put him down.

A standard 80 action movie without much plot and some bad performances from nelso...( read more)n who seems to overact and leo rossi who gives another wooden performance.

Only robert loggia adds some realism to this downright dull serial killer flick.

This movie was ahead of it's time.A quirky story of a serial killer raised to be a cop,but was psychologically damaged by his father. He is rejected by the police and uses his training to be a serial killer.
