Joe Ma Wai-ho makes his directorial debut with this light gangster drama about down and out triad Wong Kwong (Tommy Wong Kwong-leung). Following an ugly gangland street fight, Wong Kwong gets carted off into jail where he meets wealthy sleazeball Peter Chow (James Wong Jim) and the two quickly become friends. When both get out of stir, Chow quickly realizes just how impoverished the tough-talking mobster really is.
