Karen (Gina Phillips) just can't seem to shake the feeling that she's not alone on her grandmother's crumbling estate, and when she takes notice of shanty-dwelling caretaker Pierce (Tom Sizemore) she soon finds that her suspicions were well founded. Though the arrival of her sister does much to calm Karen's jangled nerves, her memories of the past soon begin taking on an increasingly ominous tone.
