A killer funny comedy that knocks you down laughing your ass off. Paul Rudd and Sean William Scott are outragious together with great chemistry in a wild, rude and hysterical buddy movie. An uproarious and fun ride.

Despite the talent involved, I had no expectations whatsoever for Role Models, so much so to the point where I actually had to force myself to watch it. In the end I was pleasantly surprised when it was better than I expected. I've got an irrational disdain for Stifler but I act...( read more)ually liked him here and Paul Rudd's consistently funny. It's nice to see that McLovin's not a one-trick pony but the little kid just might have stole the show. The State cameos were fun even if the plot was astonishingly predictable and paint-by-numbers. A few parts actually had me laughing out loud and I got all happy at the end when everything predictably worked out. I know it sounds incredibly gay but Role Models had that effect on me...

Fun comedy but let down a bit by your usual cheesey hollywood ending.

I laughed a bunch, so I guess that means I liked it. Good subtle humor.

Better than I thought it was going to be, this film benefits hugely from its casting.

The story itself is nonsense and is used simply to move from one set piece to the next. Whilst it is not as funny as it should be, it has plenty of moments. Seann William Scott cruises by on ...( read more)his charm and isn't required to do anything more than he does usually. He is a funny cat and the material suits his style liike a glove. I found Rudd really interesting in this one, his reactions to the mayhem around him were spot on. Mintz-Plasse is fun but this is just another nerd that is being added to his cannon. Bobb'e J Thompson delivers the insults like a pro, but he becomes pretty annoying really quickly. Jane Lynch picks up a lot of the slack here. She is on top form and she brings the funny in her scenes.

Overall, the comedy is here, but the film as a whole could have been a lot better.

    Many lines in t

Good fun. Kind of forgettable once it's over though.
