RK is most likely one of the best animes out there. Real people (like Hajime Saito) and events (like the bakumatsu) from Japans history are entangled with fantasy in a very inteligent way in this anime. Not only will it entertain you, but it will also educate you.

Top notch anime. A little thin on story, but the characters more than make up for it. If you're looking for something fun to just wash, or slice and dice those blues away, Kenshin's the way to go.

The English voice acting for this series is TERRIBLE; even if Richard Epcar (Battou from Ghost in the Shell) and Steve Blum (Cowboy Bebop's Spike Spiegel) are among the cast.
