Eita, Yoshiaki Yoza, Daijiro Kawaoka

5 college boys, Takuma, Masaru, Shunsuke, Atsushi and Daigo all belong to sci-fi club, but they are not interested in science at all. They usually just hang around, play baseball or card, or take bath...( read more  read more... ) at the public bath. One day, they accidentally spill Coke on the remote controller of the air-conditioner. In the sweating bath-like clubroom, suddenly a time machine appears. Eventually, they decide to go back to "yesterday" to bring the remote-controller. The mission ought to be quite easy, however, gradually they come to be worried.

    Enjoyable comedy about a club of college students who suddenly find a time machine in their club house and decide to go back to the past to find a remote control for the air conditioning. But things start to get out of control and they find themselves in all sorts of trouble. Amu...( read more)sing to find the situations they all get to up to in the past and how it affects the future.

    While other time-travel movies fail at some points because of contradiction that arises with the idea of time travel, this japanese movie actually DEALS with it.

    This maybe the best time traveling movie I've seen, theory-wise. The story itself is...( read more) simple and laid back, so it's never complicated or frustrating.

    A very funny and smart film about time travel. I was a little confused at the beginning, but that's how the movie is supposed to be until you see them start their time traveling. Great acting. Great story. Also, if you're a fan of Eita and Ueno Juri, then this is a must see cute ...( read more)film for you!

    Fantastic time travel film - one of the best I've seen. This is based on a play and it is very well thought out. It doesn't fall into the conundrums and traps that other time travel films seem to find themselves in. It's funny and silly, but also deep and intelligent. Great balan...( read more)ce and fully entertaining. It may require a second viewing even for the brainy and observant.
