Ok for when it was made. If it had been made any later it would have probably been lesbians left and right.

I have this movie taped on VHS and it was good. I love the part where they Make Shannoon Doughtrey take her vows as a witch. Thats a cool scene. Then the part when they are all standing around the pentagram on the floor and Shannon Daughtry just up and Uses her powers to electrocute all of the other witches. LOL Thats a Girl. Lol. I think I'm one of the few people on the planet that actually owns it...it's rather atmospheric & Roy thinnes does a really good job...& I think Cheryl Ladd in in there too at about 17 years old or so...

I saw the latest version where Kate plays opposite Shannon Dorety, but I have yet to see the original. Can't wait!! Huge fan!

Love that title! Alas: this one doesnt hold up and has aged terribly. old school TV movie about a college campus that has a secret sorority of witches. About halfway through the movie there is a scene showing us which girls are in the coven (You can tell , cuz they walk around in white sheets!) and so the end reveal is no big shocker. "Satan" himself is a big disappointment too, not as menacing as the nuns from my grammar school had me believin'! The end is a real fizzle too, where it shoulda had the traditional good vs evil showdown (like SUMMER OF FEAR!) Of interest only to see Spelling's Angels Kate Jackson and Cheryl Ladd as college girls.
There is a remake starring Shannon Doherty that I had seen a few years ago that was on TV the other night. Not remembering, if I had liked it or not, I tuned in. Yeah, that ones sort of silly too...but a notch better than this tepid horror wanna-be.

This is a fair made for TV time passer from the 70s that pretty much has the same plot as Suspiria (or vise-versa since this came out first) but instead of blood and style you get lots of screaming/cheesy horrified reactions w/ some modest atmosphere. Basically know for having future Charlie's Angels stars Kate Jackson and Cheryl Ladd; it also features Lloyd Bochner as one of the most laid back (even though he does do some malicious bidding) Satans I've ever seen (sometimes coming off like Hugh Hefner just wanting a house full of young attractive girls)..maybe producer Aaron Spelling is the devil

This TV movie, from the golden age of made-for-TV movies, the 70s, is pretty good with great performances from Jackson, Ladd and the beautiful and underused Franklin.

It's so bad, it was shocking. I could eat a roll of film and crap out a better film than this. And my farts would provide better dialogue.
