After an amazing start this film went rapidly downhill. It's a stupid story and a is little contrived. Brilliantly shot, with a brilliant cast, just rubbish writing! Ridiculously overhyped.

This flick does a great job of capturing the chaos encountered on the battlefield. Some moments are a little too dramatic, but the gore and violence more than makes up for it.
