It's a B movie but not a totally bad one, and maybe I am getting more lenient lately due to having nothing else to watch.
Much to my surprise, it's not horrible, rather, it's the second best in this series. The acting is sub-par, but better than Halle Berry's, the directing and pacing are pretty good, but the editing was a little sloppy. What really helped was that there was a whistle he'd always do...( read more)
hahaha, what a horrible movie. it taught me though, stay away from beaches and fog indoors. don't forget your fire extinguisher!
Don't let the title of this movie deceive you. The scarecrow does not, at any point, lift up its shirt to expose itself for a free t-shirt or mardi gras beads.
With this movie A huge disappointment! The scarecrow didn't lift up his top at all for mardi gras beads or whatever.
