Mainly this was because it was taken over by Zucker and includes Sheen, Nielsen, and Carlin in the cast. Sheen and Nielsen have experience with this type of comedy and kno... ...( read more )

Anthony Anderson provides the occasional laugh, but otherwise, a stinker.

Certainly the best of the trilogy and of course portraying much more recent films.

    funny but stupid

Funny sequel that works 'cause it doesn't bounce around; it focuses on a few films to spoof instead of a gazillion (like Epic Movie failed at doing).

Moira MacDonald, Seattle Times

It's last year's satire, wearing this year's clothes. full review

Steven Rea, Philadelphia Inquirer

Scary Movie 3 is a veritable time capsule of of-this-moment kitsch, schlock and bad taste. And it's funny, too. full review

Roger Ebert, Chicago Sun-Times

The movie is filled with famous and semi-famous faces, although only two of them work for their laughs and get them. full review

I barely had time to catch my breath i was laughing that hard. This is THE movie to watch when your in the mood for a good chuckle. They have picked the perfect movies to poke fun at, (most noteably 8 Mile, Signs and The Ring). As long as theres movies like this making fun of everything (and actually being funny), the future of our funny bone is bright.
