Studios, who took over the Scooby Doo franchise in the early 2000s. Unofficially based on several pirate-themed episodes from the original series, Scooby-Doo in Pirates Ahoy! has the whole gang - Velma, Shaggy, Daphne, Fred and Scooby - taking an unofficial break from mysteries and setting sail on a cruise ship, which makes a beeline straight for the heart of the Bermuda Triangle. Once they arrive, a series of strange events unfold around the vessel, including the appearance of a spooky pirate ship, piloted by skeletons who fire their cannons at Scooby and his friends.
