    "Shanghai Knights" is great when 1887, the movie's time setting, just got a bit funny as comedy mixes with the action and martial arts. Chon Wang (Jackie Chan) and Roy O'Bannon (Owen Wilson) finish the story of "Shanghai Noon" just to return for this sequel. They travel from the Wild West to London, the center of the British Empire, where they fight a villain plotting to take over the British Crown. (Yeah, I guess that's what's in the movie's summary. I hope I'm right about this.) Meanwhile, both Chon and Roy meet the young Charlie Chaplin. Yes, that's right; Chon and Roy meet Charlie Chaplin. The movie is set in 1887; Chaplin wasn't born until 1889. This anachronism is easy for me to remember as Chaplin should've been out of the picture for someone else instead, but what the hey.... I like "Shanghai Knights"!
