Tan buena como la primera.
I didn't like the first one, cos it tried to act like a classic, when it wasn't. This film didn't. It was like they filmed it for fun. A funny and a touching film.
I have fond memories of the short circuit films and Johnny Five so to revisit my love of 80's movies I dug out my DVD and watched them again. SC2 is a good edition to the movies. It's amazing how they made Johnny such a loveable character and the fact that he isn't human doesn't ...( read more)
This is a solid sequel continuing the adventures of Johnny Five. One of my favorites when I was as kid. The film does not have a big name cast but the actors do a good job in their roles. A solid story and characters makes for a fun film for kids and the family to enjoy. Though I...( read more)
Unlike many sequels, "Short Circuit 2" is a good one. Johnny 5's creator, Ben (Fisher Stevens), is making little robot toys when a man named Fred (Michael McKean) convinces him to start a business selling them. Johnny 5 arrives to help the duo out, but some trouble arises. Some t...( read more)

If this movie is half as upsetting, off-putting, and depressing as I remember it being, not only should it not be watched by kids, it should be banned!
Johnny Five is back and in New York in which Ben is trying to sell mini version of Johnny Five wants to help Ben with his business. Johny Five feels alive!!!
Directed by: Kenneth Johnson.
Starring: Fisher Stevens, Cynthia Gibb, Michael McKean, Tim Blaney.

great film
i like the song holding out for a hero too
worth watching. i would recommend it
better than the first. an interesting way to pose the philosophical questions about A.I. in a family oriented film.
Los Locos kick your ass...! Ben's lines were better in the first, there were just more of them in Two. Isn't that SPECIAL? Derf! I remember crying like a puss when I was a kid as Johnny wrote "dying" on the wall.
I used to really like this one and watched it over and over again growing up. Don't know if I'd still like it today.
