    An incredible film about a robot that's more human than anyone realizes. A great comedy adventure which features state of the art complex robotics in bringing to life it's main robot character "No. 5". An amazing achievement for it's time. Wonderful acting by Ally Sheedy and Stev...( read more)e Guttenberg. This film has a special quality to it. One of my childhood favourites.

    This was one of the least stellar movies I've ever seen. And no, that doesn't mean it was all BAD. Just totally un-stellar in any way whatsoever.     Johnney 5 is not only alive, but he's frickin awesome!! The best "hardware gets hits by lightning" movie ever. 5 is am awesome robot,! he has a shoulder mounted laser, red ...( read more)eyes, emotive robo eye lashes and can hop like a cricket! this is one of guttenbergs finest moments too, and Ally Sheedy is quirky cool! Chocked full of great moments from dancing to taking a trans am apart piece by piece, this movie rocks!
