I saw this in a cinema full of screaming young people. I think that atmosphere really added to my enjoyment of this film. I think it's really good in its creepy scenes, its only flaw is that you see the alien at the end.

I love this ! Mel Gibson is great and I really did not know what exactly this film was about apart from aliens and crop circles. There is a lot hidden just beneath the surface but yet its very strange a paranormal. You have to be in the mood for aliens or else the end might freak...( read more) you out a bit. Although I recognised Joaquin Phoenix I did not twig his actual name. He is a good actor too.

Not really into alien type movies but this is a great storyline about a family who defends their home from invasion. Great cast. Fab ending. Best M Night Shyamalan movie.

An interesting story - combining science fiction with aliens, faith, loss and family. Figure out how they put all that into one movie.

Mysterious crop circles begin appearing in a former Reverend of the cloth?s field. At first he believes this is the work of pranksters or members of a church he use to Reverend. Signs is arguably M. Night Shymalan?s last good movie. The others he had produced, written, and directed afterwards have failed to measure up not just to his previous movies, but to entertaining audiences in general. Signs has a simple plot with a simple suspense, but the movie works so well because of the style and the acting involved. Mel Gibson stars in Signs and though his career has black marked because of some Anti-Semitic he made of late, Gibson is still one of the industries best actors. Signs is a great Alfred Hitchcock feel Sci-fi suspense tale and after watching this movie, you wish Shymalan would go back to being simple not so complex anymore. Signs receives three and half aliens out of five for being a fantastic simple Sci-fi suspense movie.
