The touching story of a girl and her snake. And trust me when I say this is a "touching" story.
Generally I shy away from straight up sexploitation films, but since this is a Mondo Macabro release I was intrigued, and not very disappointed. It takes place in South Africa in the late seventies, when the church and politicians had the gall to frown upon a naked woman getting it on... ahem, dancing with a snake. It's a story of rebellion against repression you've seen a thousand times before, but never quite like this.
Oddly enough, I had rented this years ago in the VHS days and thought this might be the same flick. I just remember being surprised... pleasantly, at how dirty it was. Nowadays though it's fairly tame, though in my older years I did enjoy the kitsch value.
