Sorrows of Satan
Having renounced God for his lack of success, a failing writer is suddenly assisted to wealth, romance and power by a mysterious European nobleman who ultimately proves to be the Devil himself. This D.W. Griffith-directed work-for-hire from a novel is not one of his masterpieces but certainly worth a look.
